This would typically not be more than 4 per month, and that would only be during your demo and initial training process. Otherwise 1 every few months is normal frequency.

How to opt-in – Opting in is done while requesting a Muscle Delta demonstration, or signing up from Muscle Delta Training.
How to opt-out – You can opt-out of messages by sending “opt out” text, or by sending to “STOP” text.
